I realize the procedure is done by more han 1 specialist.It is awful that only the crown is covered by insurance. In this economy with costs skyrocketing, it is such a depressing situation to face. Like so many others, I have excellent home care and nothing can prevent my teeth from having to be pulled-

It all depends on the group who is teaching it. If you want to learn the program, it is often taught using a workbook and a text from which you get the guidelines.
