Under the 10k Mark- What About You?
August 28, 2008 – 10:55 pmFinally got around to updating our debt total. We owe $9,232.83 on the F-150. $49,112.33 has been paid off since March of 2007. It’s nice to owe less than $10,000, it will be even nicer when the number is $0!
How is everyone else doing? September is only a few days away and winter is right around the corner. The year has flown by for me, and I hope that everyone has been able to make some progress this year on paying off their debt.

Wow thats a lot of debt that you have paid off.
Excellent job.
We have been Debt Free except for the house for about a year.
After we finish doing some repairs and upkeep we will start saving up our 6 months expenses. that will be $21,000.
It will more satisfying to us to do that instead of paying off all our debt.

This year, I have already been debt free, but only because we are buying a new house. Now all our savings are going towards the down payment and we have a new mortgage.
