A Little Present for You While I’m Gone

December 17, 2007 – 2:14 am

As I write this I’m 34,000 feet somewhere above the middle of the country. My husband is working on his laptop and I can’t snag that to do any blogging. Next best thing? A journal and a fabulous “Hudson Hornet” pencil borrowed from my kids. (yes, I’ll have to retype this later when I can get to a computer)

Working For Financial Freedom will be taking a bit of a break over the Christmas holiday. We are goingn to spend the next two weeks with family in California and doing a bit of house/rental hunting for our upcoming move.

While I’m gone be sure to check out The Twelve Days of Christmas - Personal Finance Style. Each day a new post will go up that will help you get your finances in order. Here is what has been posted so far (thanks www.beingfrugal.net for the list!)

I hope everyone has a blessed and joyous Christmas season with their family and loved ones.

I’ll be back in time to ring in the New Year; rested, relaxed and ready to continue on this journey to get our financial house in order.

  3. Those are some great sites. A favorite of mine is www.howisavemoney.net. Then, of course, I could use some financial advice as I dish it at www.shauna26.wordpress.com.

    Best wishes for the holidays!
